Well there was some 12M of freshly bought pandas. sigh.

I had like 2000 PND on mintpal, and I withdrew it after the shutdown just fine.

Given, it was only 2000 PND, but you might be able to get yours back. It just seems like folks who were trying to withdraw BTC got shafted.
