Won't be buying Pinkcoin until I can get the Wallet to sync. Which looks like may never happen. Don't want to take a chance & buy & have wallet issues.
Did you try deleting everything and starting over? Maybe there is a file missing. I just tried it and it worked for me, so something is missing. Maybe try the old wallet which is just fine IMO.

Sounds like a reinstall is in need here. Go to windows explorer, search %appdata%, browse to the Pinkcoin folder and and delete everything EXCEPT for WALLET.DAT
Then reopen the wallet, and everything should be fine.
