During beta-testing users were able to mine QWC.
As you can see in the description of QiwiCoin -

BETA-TESTING OF QIWICOIN WALLET
10.10.2014 started beta testing of QiwiCoin Wallet (WINDOWS, LINUX)
20.10.2014 beta-testing stoped. There were generated 10000 blocks on POW.
POW - finished, POS - started.
