The richer you are the more you have to worry about losing it all, it takes a lot more time to keep an eye on things, if you can't do it all you're gonna have to trust people and worry they're not stealing from you behind your back, also being rich sadly attracts people who only like you for that, it's difficult to tell who actually likes you and who are your real friends. Enough cons? Of course being poor is horrible, but there's a middle ground in between, who are probably the happiest people in this planet, why not wish for that?
