Everyone in the scam accusation is defending the scammer. Even if he does come forward and pay it back his intentions were still clear -to SCAM. Thus, you guys need to leave him negative trust, you can't just let this go as "Oh he tried to scam but realized we have his info, paid and everything is good now". Thats not how it works.
For those unaware of what the OP did, he asked to buy a reload pack for his BTC and then went to turtlehurricane and tried to sell the code for BTC. He was trying to scam a user and make turtle look like the scammer while he runs off secretly with the BTC.
This is called a man in the middle attack, a very big tactic used by repeat and true scammers. The OP in my opinion is an account that built up trust for the purpose of scamming. All of the usual sides of such account are present with his posts (frequent boasting of trust is the big hint here).
