You have aroused my interest. Would you be taking my 3D model file, or a mere description of what I want printed?

Most likly a 3d model file, if you need a part or some kind of bracket for something i may be able to design that for you.

Can I ask what kind of tolerances we can expect? Also, preferred 3d file formats?

What do you mean by tolerances? The preferred format is .stl or g-code if you want, In the end they will be converted to g-code but its no big deal for me to do.
