What is the situation with your live chat?

Yesterday night I was on the site and only email option was available.

Was on the site about 20 minutes ago and got the live chat popup asking if I needed help.

About 5 minutes ago I did come up with a question, and now live chat is gone and only the email option is available.


(It would clear this up if the hours for your live chat were stated clearly on the website).
