Checks Whitepaper, Checks price on Bittrex *Alarm bells - telling me to BUY BUY BUY!!!

A solid Whitepaper you have there.  From what i can see, from the original announcement, you have reached all goals set so far. So i will take a chance and buy a nice bag of coins, feeling confident, these great developments will be created.

There is quite a lot to understand, i have a few questions.

Q: In Section/page 2. You mention "advanced system for delegation of rights"  What exactly do you mean by this?

Q: Smart Contracts - what are Smart Contracts and why are they important?

Q: You mention you can keep balances private, so when i pay someone with I/OCoin they can not see my balance,
 is this like Private transactions Feature?

Q: Stop loss contract, completely baffling, would like to learn more.

Q: What are OP_CODES ?  Which other coin has them?

Other than that, i understood most of it.   Good luck with the developments!  Will be watching !
