We just tried to send gun coin to Bleutrade. My wallet says all confirmations are done and it has the green checkmark. BUT Bleutrade says they didn't get it. My wallet is in sync and I sent them coins just five days ago. I did not download the new MAC wallet. To tell the truth I don't know how and I'm afraid I'll mess it up and lose all my coins.
Do I have to download the new wallet?
Is there somewhere I can go for simple instructions?
What do I do about the coins that are marked as sent? They have been subtracted from the balance.

First off - always have your wallet backed up. Second, you need the new wallet that was released several weeks ago (download it from the website - the old ones no longer work correctly on the network. Like Dabs said, get your transaction ID and let Bleutrade know what it is - use our block explorer at
