can't login. was able to reset password and i can login on the site itself but not through the application (error: "login" diag then "invalid credentials" diag) or the localhost webserv (does nothing)

The login info for the software is set by the user. As it is a security feature to prevent anyone from getting access to your settings if they have access to the machine. The default login is admin/admin, but you can and should change this in settings --> Login credentials. But to get quicker customer service, please come by and register on our forums:
