Thats a great incentive to keep mining at your pool. FYI, the sendmany goes to anyone mining on a peer connected p2pool node... not just my node! You can see all the addresses paid in the transaction link above.
So... setup a your own p2pool node, point your miners at it, pay no fees... keep the network safe from possible malicious large mining pools, and get some rewards. Win, win.
