with ltcd being so low at this time in price I wouldn't be worried about the pre mine lol . Its not like its a fortune lol like the missing btc on mintpal lol. Iam sure they will be up front about it. Instead of taking the time to worry about pre mine try putting that time into doing some thing for the coin and community. This is a long term investment all crypto is down.
