Please make sure there are stops in place for inappropriate material as well...  ie. child stuff, etc.  There are sickos out there, so this content will need to be moderated...  Even though the user is responsible for his/her content, you do not want this sort of crap associated with Vidioshare.

Adult content is going to bring A LOT of users to the site and the content owners will be making a lot of VDO off of their subscribers!!!
