Why would you want so many tiny payouts? You are going to end up paying higher fees when you go to spend it. I get payouts once per week or twice per month, And usually don't pay any fees when spending it.
Personally, I don't like to use the pool as a bank. I set the payout at .01 and take my small payouts as the blocks come in. I'm not planning on spending at this point i'm just hodling! I usually don't pay close attention to the payouts but I noticed this time since the block was so short.
I do the same and I make .021 or .022 per block found. I believe it's easier to keep up with it
like you said AND helps to avoid being robbed of too much coin IF someone was to hack into accounts.
