The longer you take to call the cops and the more you post about it here, the less credibility your story has. FYI, in many countries, false accusations are a crime.
I went to the hospital and the nurse said there was not enough DNA to get a good sample.

A nurse is not in law enforcement, but they are required to report crimes. If they don't then they are committing a crime as well. What did you tell the cops?
The nurse said that I waited too long to get tested for DNA and they are not able to get any of his from inside me :/ She could tell that it happened though.

DNA evidence is only a few decades old. Rape has been a crime since the bible days. I know this must be very traumatic for you and you must be very emotional right now, but you really need to pursue this through law enforcement. Seek the professional help of rape crisis counselors. They know more about what to do other than use a rape kit.
