THis sucks! I bought x2 of the anniversary shares and the order has been On-Hold for over 2 days now! I email and used their contact form but they still havent corrected it. Looks like I will miss the multiplication and possibly be out $1700.
Are you sure you accounted for the TX fee in your payment? Many people didn't do this when they sent through exchanges, etc. and these have resulted in delays... double check that... also did you include all that information (both order # and btc transaction info) in your contact? Just for the record, I don't think i've ever seen an order issue that wasn't ultimately resolved.
I did. Well, I sent funds from coinbase and they don't charge a fee. I have 4 other shares I purchased using my coinbase account and they didn't have any issues. Only thing diffrent on this one is I added 2 at the same time to the shopping cart. 4 days now and its still on hold.
