Can someone confirm when the ITO ends is it 5th November at 23:59 EST or PST?

Bittrex has announced that their close time is 23:59:59 PDT.

Since they've announced this time, it is unfair on investors to now change it to an earlier time.

Therefore the close time is now 23:59:59 PDT. The OP will be updated to reflect this.
