Well, it looks like the discussion's over anyway. I'm not sure the Shadow community would've gone for this to be honest, the proposal seems to have been stacked pretty heavily in DRK's favour.  

It's nice to see that the quality of the developers' work is being recognised by some of the others in the industry now. It's felt a bit like a secret club in here at times, like when you find an amazing new band playing in some shitty bar and you almost don't want loads of other people to find out about them because then they wouldn't be "yours" anymore. But I guess it was only a matter of time before the secret got out and the big labels came sniffing round.  

Anyway, welcome to anyone from the DRK community who's here wondering what could've prompted Evan to propose the merger in the first place. The OP gives a pretty good project overview and testing has begun on the zero knowledge anon implementation, so you've arrived at a pretty exciting time!
