Yes. You can see that sell orders are not stacking up driving price down. It's miners selling because most miners need to turn a profit directly. With a release that gets people too scared to gamble on new coins the buy orders will stack up enough to not only absorb the miners sell but also raise the price. It's pretty textbook.
