Has agreed to sell me BTC for skrill.

We are doing the transaction half and half.

I have sent him $100 skrill and then he will send me BTC. Once I confirm I have the BTC, I will send him another $100 skrill and he will send me the other half of the BTC.

I will update this to let everyone know how it goes.
