If it is still uder 500BTC then the 10% is still apply. atcsecure already confirmed with us about this, 10% should be given as this was not our fault. They can't just locked the coins when 10% is still given then sell later but stop given the 10%, it don't make sense and just plan scam. So I think 10% is still good to all.
