Missing your new user tour from a referral? Please read below

     First, make sure your friend did in fact refer you.
    You will receive an email from noreply@cloud.zenminer.com that says "Hello, You have been invited to join Zenportal by (your friend). To create your account click on the link below."

    Click the link in the email to take the tour. This is the only way to receive the tour.
    If you do not see the email please search keyword "zencloud" to ensure this has not gone to your spam folder.


      3. If you still have not received an email please see the following:

    Double check that you are not trying to sign up from the same location as your referrer or someone who has been referred.
    Ask your friend to submit the referral again for you.
    Try using an alternate email address.
