LoL, You got that right. I fortunately haven't gotten into any legal troubles but from what I've heard being a Commonwealth the Virginia judicial system is a tough thing to beat and a year or so ago Virginia did away with parole so now everybody convicted in the state of Virginia  has to serve 100% of their sentence. There is no more only serving 50% then being eligible for early release it's as if the legislature is devolving backwards in time.
