http://bittoclick.com/ has been paying for over 8 months and has paid out over $28,000 USD worth of Bitcoin to its users, why is my site still not on this list?

You have an entire section in fact, my website has the same features as coinad, surf4bitcoin, bitvisitor, bitPTC and BitcoinGet. So I don't see why it isn't on the list, it has also paid out more and been running longer than a few of those websites.
