The coin which was icoed and dev run with fund was true scam in my opinion. Yet i dont see any scam in this one. 
I'll let it up to you guys.. Pool is still up as there is no ICO / Premine or whatever... I don't see a big problem.. But a new name would be cooler and probably a bit more intelligent..... yes ...
+1 Why didn't the devs simply launch with a new name? It is a whole new blockchain and all...
EDIT you could've just launched snowcoin or something if your "theme" was winter lol
