No collateral - however I have 5 successfully repaid loans to haploid.  3 of which are on his ledger here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=701592.0)    Two additional repaid loans to haploid (0.3 and 0.4 btc) were both also repaid, although haploid has not updated them to his ledger since he's not been around lately.
