Firstly, I don't know if he has denied the tax lien or not. Why would he when there has been no connection shown? The address on the document has been redacted, and there are 6 Daniel R Metcalf's in Marshfield alone.
Dan's address is public already. I'm not going to post it or anything, but that shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone considering he's made his business public. And it looks like he redacted the address and Dan's wife name out of respect for Dan's family who might not even know what XC is.
And I highly doubt there are 6 Dan R Metcalf's in Marshfield. Close to zero probability of that I think. Are you sure you're not just finding the same Dan 6 times?
