Hey all, sorry if this is the wrong place for this buuut..
I'm new to blackcoin and would like to get started, but my wallet isn't synchronizing. It got to around 20 weeks left of blocks to sync and now freezes. If I restart it, it syncs a couple hundred blocks and freezes again. Restarting my computer does not help.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Is it really freezing or just not updating blocks processed? Usually if you restart, it should update.
How long did you leave the program running?
In addition to that
Do you have unusually high CPU load when that happens?
If you check the file handles, is maybe some AV Scanner locking the Blockchain file and causes the freeze?
If the problem persist you should also ask in #blackcoin on freenode IRC (can be accessed via
http://blkfeed.com if you don't have an IRC client), always helpful community members and the BC main dev in there.
