I'm looking for a exchange to BTC / USD daytrading, my shortlist is LakeBTC, Bitfinex, Bitstamp.

I have examined the former two exchanges, but there is a problem with Bitstamp, what's the BTC withdrawal fee?   Anyone could tell me the truth? Thanks Firstly.
