I will be getting back to the "drawing board" this week and should have at least 1 of your breakout board case designs ready to rock...the smaller board case design should be much easier to design. I will post pics up asap 
Thanks, I did a minor revision on the DPS 2000 board, so the earlier orders will probably only need the bottom side of the case.
The switch and the fan headers were moved closer to the PSU to allow easier insertion of the cables in the screw terminals.

Very nice bro! Once I get this first shipment back to you, I'd like to pick one of those boards up for making a case. I got another DPS2kBB psu in while I was out of town so I can continue development on those as I've got a great idea for adding fan mounts to the dual-psu racks design I've been working on.
