because people try to manipulate the market or dump. i dont have unlimited supply of btc... and anyway its not good that i would own too much, now other people have to step up
only 17 btc to 12. thats really not much, im happy staking, this week i will have a total of 10m in stakes
And again the dumpers who sold at 12, 11, 10...are the winners and can buy back cheap pnd now.
17btc is for most of the community a lot not only 17 btc.
