The name/branding is very important as it is. Over time it should get lots of free press, and that is not to be underestimated. Wal-Mart won't accept it, who cares?

Wal-Mart could accept Wal-Mart coin, a specifically branded version of Darkcoin using the same blockchain. Smiley

IIRC coins101 had some ideas along those lines earlier...
