theres this thing where i cant move at night, and feels like someones crushing me.
then again, it could be some brain thing, with chemical imbalance that causes this issue. if that counts as one.. no proof but its something i can remember clear as day back at 7th grade.

I remember that I read somewhere that some people have this symptom,
there's a chemical in the brain that prevents you from moving while your dreaming, so you don't harm yourself, but some people have the chemical activated while awake sometimes, causing them to not be able to move and feel crushed.
Right. It prevents you from acting out your dreams as you sleep.
