Take your pick:

• They don't have your coins (lost, spent, gambled away on another exchange or whatever).
• They don't have the competence to create or run a crypto exchange.
• Other options, but I'll be kind here.

Another month rolling by with no "solvent" coins being made available for transfer, and with no progress updates or timescale/schedule indication, would seem to suggest option 1.  After due consideration, and looking at the exchange that apparently took at least six months to create, I'm going with option 2.  We did get a video with someone from crypto-in-no-rush standing in front of a big three-letter hint at the third option.
