Thank you for sharing your experience. Yesterday we had some problem with blockchain and hence few order processing got delayed. Except for those, who cancelled their orders after payment, all should be processed fine by now. We still have 3 orders left with us for which we received the payment. But it seems the order was deleted in between. So, we are still unable to identify owner of those 3 orders.
