Where did you get P&D from that? I've been here from the beginning and in IRC chat with him many, many times and haven't heard him say anything or seen him do anything that would indicate that he's part of such a group.
He's simply a pissed-off bag holder and definately not the master mind of some diabolical plan to suppress VeriCoin's value.
