you put it in your gapcoin.conf:

rpcuser=
rpcpassword=
(maybe rpcallowip=*)
I'm quite new to all this stuff and I have no idea where my .config file would be...
Windows? in %APPDATA%\gapcoin\
Linux? $HOME/.gapcoin/
there is the appdata folder, no .conf file ?
