Yes it is forever. It is a special one that cannot be sold, but always remains on your account.
Is there any maintenance fee or it is free forever as well ?
They don't specify I don't think. But I believe standard running fees will be taken out like any other hashlet.
(Truth be told I am more of a hardware guy and have not used cloud as much, so please anyone correct me if i say something wrong)
