which means their doing it wrong.. there is a reason Adobe bought out it's main competition long ago.. Macromedia Fireworks FTW bitches !
And that slays ass because it's easier to use and learn than Photoshop and better setup and has plugin ability from old ver's of FW + photshop plugins !
