Could somebody try to explain to me why oh why would anybody sell so low after getting in on the ICO for at least 250sat?

A ICO with unbelievable (fake) volume hosted by chinese exchange...smart contracts TBA(tm)...some guy in fucking CAMBODIA running the operation. Lol, ask yourself, if you were in Cambodia, wouldn't you do anything at all including scamming people just to get by? Everybody would do it.
