Actually we believe we have come up with a simple solution to add the benefits of the centralised world with the advantages of the decentralised world. We are working out the kinks right now and will announce it by tomorrow

For now Users can trade their balances, p2p, with whoever they wish to engage in voluntary trade with. We are creating avenues to facilitate this trading and will update with clear instructions on how to "deposit" and "withdraw" to FYB-SE.
