The above pricing is correct. Yes, I guess if someone couldn't get a coupon, and they purchased 1, them maybe they would be $280 each delivered. However, I am trying to show people that the pricing is better than that.
These prices that you quote are to send miners to UMISOO facility, NOT to US.
It cost ~$68 each or $136 per two to deliver them to US (you have to choose UPS as shipping method)

Just for anyone reading this, the correct answer is:
2 with 2 coupons and nothing selected is $320.00
2 with 2 coupons and Umisoo selected is $352.801
2 with 2 coupons and direct shipping and UPS selected is $455.536
However, you really want to buy 4 or more as they are less than $210 each delivered in the USA at that point. Up around 12 ~ 14 they get down to $203 or so each delivered in the USA. Ordering more than 14 doesn't result in any price drop.
