why its very inactive and still no news about TOR STICK shipping? its delaying more that week and no answer

But people ordered those sticks, they are your customers in this situation. A simple explanation would have took less time than this reply.

Simply ignoring a genuine question about product which was announced to ship and seemingly delayed, shouldn't be ignored and the reasons for delay should be explained. I think the community would understand if we get a proper reply for the delay, there are sometimes delays on online purchases and sellers usually tell the customers about delays in the shipping.
Telling the community that there's a lot of things happening behind the scenes unfortunately doesn't tell anything about current delay of a physical product which should have shipped by now.
I hope that you find this as constructive criticism and I won't see another reply with fud comments.
