Depend of the time zone if you in Europe night is not good, my humble experience.
Happen few times i went to sleep in price was jumping up and down on my calculation then i could easily earn 0.5-1.2 btc in that fluctuation.
Now I try this when i see that it will happen to buy it and then to sell it.
