Hi, i have set a paypal poland account, and get verified with iban, i can use the paypal account, received and send money, but when i go to withdraw money, i get paypal frozen again... someone can help? wath i am missing? i have my dynamic ip adress, from europe, but not poland, you think it is suspicious?
i see you sell ip adress poland, you think this would be usefull for this? i don't want to get paypal frozen again, thanks
