Jumbley seems to have made out okay. He's the only one who isn't complaining, at least.

They keep coming up with new excuses for not giving refunds and shipping defective products, so there doesn't seem to be much hope that things will improve any time soon.

Short of a regulatory intervention a la BFL, I'm not optimistic.
