Looks like they're filing for a tax extension. You can ask in advance for a 90 day extension as long as you do it before your taxes are due. This will allow them to go bankrupt without having to file taxes? Who knows what these jokers are up to. You certainly can't believe anything they say. That's been demonstrated over and over again. I'm not surprised by this.
