tbh that does look more like an exchange cold storage to me.
Had one person or group been doing that we would have seen below 10k price way way earlier, why would that person start to buy in between 20 and 30k "back then".

That being said, i do not doubt for second that the price has been heavily manipulated very often and for a long long time now
