Hi been mining last few days seem to be getting a lot less hashes at the pool than the miners themselves are displaying any ideas please kind of like this pool don't want to move 
Sounds like a typical case of hardware errors.
Please send an email to support with a brief description of your setup and a screenshot of your mining software (cgminer/bfgminer/...) after it's been running for at least 10 minutes.
