TileCoin has collected money and pulled out this ICO scam by claiming that their decentralized application engine uses Counterparty.

Then the Counterparty dev has clearly confirmed here, in this thread, that it's indeed not the case and Counterparty has nothing to do with TileCoin.  

And then the desperate supporters of this scam scream FUD, FUD ... FUD when someone points out the above facts.
